Swindon Borough Council invites suitably qualified, experienced organisations to tender for the appointment of Rating Consultant. The successful tenderer will be committed to achieving maximum savings in Business Rates paid by the Council in respect of the new 2010 Valuation List.
The Contract will run for a minimum of five years or until all appeals for the 2010 list have been processed.
The contract will be on a no reduction no fees basis
This is a competitive tender, and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender.
