Swindon Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations wishing to tender for the distribution of Swindon News, Swindon Borough Council's residents' magazine. The contract will require the distributor to deliver 84,000 copies of Swindon News throughout the borough six times, five times in 2010 & once in 2011.

The successful tenderer will be working on behalf of Swindon Borough Council. Tenders must demonstrate commitment to and experience of:
delivering publications in a timely, efficient, coordinated way.
The contract will be for a period of one year. This is a competitive tender, and the contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender from the point of view of the contracting authority.
